Driving Miss Daisy...

Naturally, two days after his 6 month pictures, Logan starting sitting straight up by himself. Would have been nice for his pics, but I forgive him:) His favorite toy ever is his steering wheel thing-a-majig. He loves when the lights flash and it sings to him. He is getting pretty good at the whole driving thing, I think we might need to start hiding our keys from him. I am a little concerned that he might have picked up a bit of road rage behavior from me...I better start driving at 10 & 2.

On the road again...WARNING...early signs of road rage!!!

We are almost done with all the stage 1 fruits. He still has to eat the prunes, and even though I think they sound disgusting, I am sure he will love them. When we started the veggies he loved all of them except for the green beans, but now that he has tasted the sweetness of fruit, he isn't too fond of the veggies. For that reason, I always make sure to give him a veggie with his fruit, not sure if that will help, but I am trying. Green beans are still the most hated, he gags on them:)

I bought some of the stage 2 foods and they look quite appealing. There is a mixed berry and banana one that I would like to mix in the blender and make a smoothie out of...that would be kinda weird though (no one has to know).

Mr Chubbs getting into his zen mode...

Nothing like toes first thing in the morning:)

I read you were having trouble with Logan't congestion and the Dreaded Nose Sucky!

I just got this: http://www.amazon.com/BabyComfyNose/dp/B002SZH45E/ref=sr_1_26?ie=UTF8&s=baby-products&qid=1261145034&sr=1-26

This isn't the brand I got (I found mine at the pharmacy) but it is the same idea. I think those "squeezy ball" suckers are pretty ineffective.

I wish I had had this when they were little babies - it is so much easier! No continuous inserting and squeezing - you can usually get it all out with one breath.

I know it sounds gross - and in theory, it is but - there is a guard and a filter to make sure no boogies make it near your mouth.
